1. Highland Ranges (HLR) - Arabica Coffee
- Flavor Profile: Floral, citrus, berry, tropical fruit, dried fruit, nutty, chocolatey, caramel, and spicy notes.
- Characteristics: Grown at high altitudes (1,855m ASL) with rich volcanic soils.
- Ideal Brewing Methods: French press, pour-over, and espresso.
- Sourcing Regions: Bududa, Bukwo, Mbale, Kapchorwa, Sironko, Kisoro, Kasese, and Kabarole.
2. Kyoga Plains (KP) - Robusta Coffee
- Flavor Profile: Chocolatey, spicy, roasted nuts, and caramel with a mild body.
- Characteristics: Ideal for espresso and cold brew, grown in fertile loamy-sandy soils.
- Sourcing Regions: Bugiri, Kamuli, Iganga, Luuka, Namutumba, Namayingo, and Kayunga.
3. Lake Victoria Crescent (LVC) - Robusta Coffee
